Your thoughts please?



I need some help please! :)

I have been making my own ruffle socks for a little while now and I have been thinking that I should try and sell some on etsy. What I would like some of your precious thoughts on what do you like of these ones in the photos (I have put little numbers under each pair) and how much do you think I should sell them for. And of course I would welcome any other comments. :) I know they are not to everyone's taste but I would still welcome your views please.

  12. 1 5 and 6 are my favs, couldn't possibly choose one, acctualy the peachy ones. Erm I'm not sure how much you should sell them for, they're pretty I'm sure people will pay nicely, it's always hard choosing prices when selling things, you never want to ask for too much but will regret asking to little, good luck, I'd buy them :).x

  18. Hi Kim! I am so sorry I didn't comment on your post when you asked a few weeks back! I have been super busy and wasn't blogging, but I think these socks are amazzzing! Socks with lace peeking out with sturdy boots is a great trend that I really love. I honestly love all of the colors, and I would say in America those would probably sell for $12 dollars a pair? Just a guess since they are homemade so they should be a bit more than the usual price for socks. I hope this helps :)

  23. I love numbers two and three. I'd wear them with saddle shoes! I don't know how much you should sell them for. Maybe $8 a pair? I have no idea.

  29. these are really lovely!!! i bought several pairs like this at urban outfitters, but i really struggle with spending more than $10 on socks, no matter how awesome. i'd say you should aim for that when selling to the masses. good luck!

  34. these are so delicate! i really think you should commercialize your hobby, it brings benefits to both you and your buyers. idk how much you should sell them though, i'm not aware of international market price and it depends on the cost of production too. good luck!

  48. I think they'd do well! You could even try doing some different styles, like black with black lace or something to appeal to a wider range of buyers. I'm not sure on price...how much does it cost to make them? I'd say somewhere in the $6-$12 range or so would be perfect.
